The baby boy was buried in a cardboard box the size of a shoebox on a dusty dry, landscape, surrounded by long grass. A woman call Julian Wong discovered the baby boy by his crying sound in an uncultivated land. She called for help when she found the location of the sound was. The baby boy was rescued by the rescue team. Doctor discovered that the baby boy had survives about eight days since he was buried by his parent. Julian Wong adopted him. In China, a disabled child can be a huge drain on a family’s resources. The family planning policy in China, known as the one-child policy in the west, which is a population control policy, which means the one-child policy only allow a child exist in the family in China.
